Dmitrii Kargashin is the solo founder of Cardamon Inc and the developer behind noHuman Team, the desktop app that runs a team of AI workers on your own computer. He designs, builds and ships each of his products himself, from the first idea to deployment.

What he writes here

Dmitrii writes the noHuman Team blog for founders who want to hand work to AI agents. The posts cover how to run agents on your own computer, what they cost, how to keep them away from your credentials and files, and which results you should check yourself.

Why he builds noHuman Team

Cardamon Inc is a one-person company. Dmitrii builds noHuman Team for founders in the same position: people who need a developer, a marketer and a support desk and have no staff.

In the app you give work to a team leader, and the leader hands it to workers with their own roles. You approve risky actions from one queue and set a daily budget for each worker. The team runs on your computer with the AI accounts you choose.

What else he builds

Cardamon Inc publishes three more of his products:

  • JSON Copilot: a browser-based JSON formatter, validator and AI editor.
  • Dunarium: a moving sand art app for iPhone and Android.
  • Time Calculator: a time calculator: type "5h 30m + 2h 15m" and read off the answer in hours, minutes and days.

Before Cardamon

Dmitrii spent years in enterprise engineering. He led and mentored several development teams and built core modules for a high-load product and workflow system with thousands of users. He automated dozens of business processes and made one document approval cycle about ten times faster.
