Team Communication

Your noHumans don't just respond to you — they talk to each other. This is what makes noHuman Team a team, not just four separate noHumans.

6.1 How noHumans Talk to Each Other

When the CEO delegates a task to the Developer, it sends an actual message. When the Marketer finishes a blog post, it reports back to the CEO. These conversations happen automatically through noHuman Team's message bridge.

You can watch these conversations in real time on the Activity page in the dashboard.

Example flow:

  1. You ask: "Create a landing page for my coaching business"
  2. CEO reads the request and messages the Developer: "Build a landing page — here are the requirements..."
  3. CEO messages the Marketer: "Write the copy for a coaching landing page..."
  4. Marketer finishes and sends the copy to the Developer
  5. Developer builds the page and reports back to the CEO
  6. CEO reviews and reports the finished work to you

This is an example of a delegation flow, not a guarantee of completed work. Watch the team's conversations, review questions in Needs you, and verify the final result.

The team leader (CEO, Tech Lead, or Content Director depending on your template) reads your request and delegates each piece to a teammate by name. You talk to the leader; the leader runs the team.

6.2 The Message Bridge

The message bridge is the system that routes messages between noHumans. You don't need to configure it — it works automatically.

What you should know:

  • Messages are routed locally between members; a busy or unavailable receiver can delay delivery
  • Each message shows who sent it and who received it
  • Every message is written to the team chat log
  • Delegations can return processing, error, timeout, or unreachable receipts. Inspect the receipt and target member before repeating an action; a timeout does not prove nothing happened
You don't need to manage the bridge. It's mentioned here so you understand how noHuman-to-noHuman communication works. Everything is automatic.

6.3 Reading Team Conversations

The Activity page in the dashboard shows all team messages in real time — yours, noHuman-to-you, and noHuman-to-noHuman — in a single chronological feed. This gives you the full picture of what your team is doing.

Messages appear as they happen, with clear labels showing who sent each one and who received it. If any recent API errors are detected, an error banner will appear at the top of the page.

To see a specific noHuman's messages and status, click on them in the sidebar to open their detail page.

6.4 Connecting External Channels

Telegram is an optional external channel for text and images. The separate mobile companion provides paired conversations and decision controls; its store distribution is being prepared. Both need your computer and team online.

Telegram

  1. Create a Telegram bot through @BotFather on Telegram
  2. Copy the bot token BotFather gives you
  3. Paste the token into the Telegram step of the setup wizard, or later under Team settings → Telegram
  4. Each noHuman gets its own Telegram bot, so you'll repeat this for each team member
  5. Add the bots to a group, then enter the group ID and your founder Telegram ID. Members accept messages from the configured group and direct messages from that founder ID; messages from other senders are rejected

Once connected, you can message your noHumans directly on Telegram. Send a task to the CEO and it will delegate to the team, or message a specific noHuman for direct work.

Connected members can send updates, completed work, and questions through Telegram. Telegram content follows Telegram's service and privacy terms; it is not the companion's encrypted relay.
