1. Use of the Service

You may use noHuman Team for personal or commercial projects, subject to these Terms. You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction) to use the Service. You are responsible for ensuring that your use complies with all applicable laws and any contractual obligations you may have.

2. License

noHuman Team is licensed, not sold. Your purchase grants you a perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use noHuman Team.

What you can do:

• Install and use noHuman Team for personal or commercial projects
• Use the output generated by your noHuman team without restriction

What you cannot do:

• Redistribute, resell, or sublicense noHuman Team
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify the noHuman Team software
• Share your license key with others
• Use noHuman Team for illegal activity
• Attempt to circumvent or tamper with the license activation system

3. License activation

noHuman Team requires one-time license activation via our activation server. Activation sends your license key, a machine identifier (a hash — not your hostname or IP), and the noHuman Team version number. This is the only interaction with our servers. If we ever discontinue the activation server, we will release an update that removes the activation requirement.

4. Local operation and AI providers

noHuman Team runs entirely on your machine using Docker containers. Your noHumans, conversations, files, and workspace data remain local. AI-powered features send requests directly from your machine to third-party AI providers (such as OpenAI, Anthropic, or Google) using your own API keys. We do not route, intercept, or store your AI traffic. You are responsible for your own API keys and any costs incurred through their use.

5. Purchases and billing

noHuman Team is a one-time purchase. All payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited ("Paddle"), which acts as the Merchant of Record for all transactions. Paddle handles payment processing, invoicing, sales tax, and VAT on our behalf. All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Paddle will collect and remit taxes as required by law. By purchasing noHuman Team, you also agree to Paddle's Terms of Service and Paddle's Privacy Policy.

6. Refunds

Refunds are handled in accordance with our Refund Policy.

7. Intellectual property

All content, design, code, trademarks, and other materials comprising noHuman Team are owned by or licensed to Cardamon Inc and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without our prior written consent. You retain full ownership of any content created by your noHuman team and any output generated through the Service.

8. AI-generated output

noHuman Team's noHumans produce output using third-party AI models. This output is provided for informational and convenience purposes only. We do not guarantee that AI output is accurate, complete, error-free, or suitable for any specific purpose. You are solely responsible for reviewing and validating any AI-generated output before relying on it.

9. No warranties

noHuman Team is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Service will be error-free, uninterrupted, secure, or that it will meet your specific requirements.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Cardamon Inc, its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, revenue, business, or goodwill arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, noHuman Team, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total aggregate liability for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to us for your noHuman Team license, or fifty US dollars ($50), whichever is greater.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Cardamon Inc and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your use of the Service; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any third-party rights; or (d) any content generated through the Service.

12. Termination

We may revoke your license if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use noHuman Team ceases immediately. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including liability limitations, indemnification, and governing law) will remain in effect. You may stop using noHuman Team at any time.

13. Changes to the Service and Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, where practicable, provide notice through email or the noHuman Team dashboard. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

15. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Palm Beach County, Florida, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

16. Entire agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Cardamon Inc regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
