Content and Post Factory turns your ideas and source material into short videos and posts, then publishes them through a browser, with your approval. The team doesn't start from zero. It comes with 72 notes learned on a real publishing campaign: how each platform's upload screens behave, what to do when a page fails, how to avoid posting twice, and how to confirm a post really went live. The names and details of that campaign are removed. Four leaders run the work. The Executive Producer is your main contact. Editorial owns facts and copy, Production owns clips and quality checks, and Social Publishing owns the schedule and seven platform publishers. YouTube, TikTok, Instagram and Facebook have procedures tested on real accounts. Pinterest, Threads and X have publishers but no tested procedure yet, so their first post should be a supervised test. The template does not include a video generator. Your Video Producer works with the tools you choose.
